No worries - Simply send your item back to Armaniwatchesbox in its new, unused condition, and Armaniwatchesbox would be happy to provide either a full refund or of the purchase price or a store credit toward an exchange. (minus 16.99GBP for EMS shipping & handling costs, 29.99GBP for TNT or DHL shipping charges)

We have created a very easy return procedure in order to make sure that you have a easy online shopping experience.

TWO STEPS AND YOU'RE DONE...

STEP 1 - Request your Return Authorization Number (RA#) by contacting our Customer service at at service@armaniwatchesbox.com

STEP 2 - Return your unused item, including all materials such as original paperwork and free gifts, via insured& traceable delivery within 7 days of the date it was delivered.

              * Insurance must be for the amount that you paid

Please note: Your item must be returned to Armaniwatchesbox within 15 days of the date that your RA# is assigned.

IMPORTANT TIPS

To ensure a smooth return process, please inspect your watch as soon as it arrives. Before removing any tags/factory tape and before wearing it, ask yourself the following questions:

          *Is the item working perfectly?

          *Is it in good condition?

If your answer to either question is "no" then the watch must be repackaged immediately in order to be eligible for a return. Once it is worn or sized or the tags/factory tape has been removed, Armaniwatchesbox will not accept the returned item.

What if you notice a mechanical problem after the watch has been sized and/or worn?

In such cases, Armaniwatchesbox will do its best to repair it under its extensive 2-year Armaniwatchesbox Warranty (for details, click here).

In short, Armaniwatchesbox.com cannot replace or refund a watch when:

        *The watch or jewelry item has been worn

        *The tags/factory tape has been removed

        *The product has been sized

Replacement & Refund

After the we receive the returned products and checked that the products meet all requirements, you will receive an e-mail that the returned products have been accepted. Whatever the form of payment you used (Credit/Debit Card, Cash on Delivery), the refund or replace procedure will start within 3 days.

Note:
* The refund you will receive excludes original shipping costs except there is any problem with the quality of the watches.
* Your return will be accepted within 14 working days after you ship it to us.

Replacement or refunds will be issued only for properly returned items. If your return does not meet the conditions listed above, we will not be able to issue the replacement and refund and the package will be sent back to you

TERMS & CONDITIONS

          *All returns must have a pre-assigned Return Authorization Number (RA#) from Armaniwatchesbox. This number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the box. An item            returned without a pre-assigned RA# clearly written on the outside of the box will be refused.

          *Your item must be returned within 15 days from the date that the RA# is assigned. Any items received after this date will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

          *All returns must be shipped via prepaid local reqistered mail matter,so that it will not produce any customs duties.

          *The tracking number for your return must be emailed to Armaniwatchesbox upon shipment.

          *Returned merchandise must include the manufacturer packaging, manuals and warranty cards (if available) as well as any promotional items that were associated with it. For example, if Armaniwatchesbox offered a free gift along with a given purchase, that free gift must be returned with the returned item. Please note: If the free gift is not returned, the selling price (as advertised on the website) for the gift will be deducted from your refund.

          *Please allow up to 3 days upon receipt of your return for processing by the Armaniwatchesbox Returns Department. This allows Armaniwatchesbox to verify the condition of the merchandise.

          *Please allow one monthly billing cycle for your credit to appear in your account.

          *Credit will be issued in the same form as payment received.
